尊敬的陈旭华部长、穆虹董事长，周志强董事长，彭中心局长，周斌总裁，亲爱的同学们： 

上午好： 

猴去鸡来，人间又一春。2016年对于中国经济来说是三个全面：第一是结构全面优化的一年。第二是消费全面升级的一年。第三是创业全面复兴的一年。对于张默闻中美商学院集团来说，则是朝着兼具“中美智慧  服务中国”的实战性跨国商学院集团启航的一年。 

我们倡导的国际化，则是体现为顺应中国企业全球化趋势，为走出国门的中国企业提供智力支持。随着位于商学院美国洛杉矶总部启动，随着商学院杭州管理总部的启动，随着商学院安吉教学基地的启动，我们将和美国多所著名大学的商学院展开合作，探索可持续的，国际化的，实战化的国际发展模式。我们很年轻，但是我们是有使命的，我们的使命就是成就中国超级品牌。而作为创始人我的使命就是分享，分享我的经验，我的方法，我对中国品牌的爱和我对中国企业家的爱。 

中国企业走出去意味着中国企业家的管理模式走出去，也意味着中国管理教育走出去。我们现在还不是学历教育，我们是实战的商业教育，我们更加看重的是解决企业现实问题，我们仰望星空，但是我们更需要脚踏实地，我们就是要实现让所有学员听课2小时，发展快3年的上课目标。 

有人好奇，张默闻为什么要办商学院集团？很原始的三个理由是： 

第一：我对母亲的承诺。母亲曾经问我，将来想做什么？我说我想当老师，培养更多的人才报效祖国。但是命运没有给我当老师的机遇。我母亲当时说，这个想法好，希望在我活的时候能看见你当老师。可惜母亲20118年就走了，我没有做好，成了母亲的遗憾。所以我在创办张默闻策划集团这么多年，我不允许别人叫我董事长，而叫我张老师，用以向母亲表示敬意。我知道我一个人的力量太小，我需要一个装下世界的讲台。所以我决定创办张默闻商学院，为母亲，一个平凡的不识字的母亲。 

第二：我对中国品牌的承诺。做策划这么多年，服务了世界500强，中国500强，我觉得中国太需要品牌，太需要世界品牌。我想我虽然力量有限但是我愿意扛起中国品牌振兴的大旗，为中国企业的品牌发展做点什么，哪怕一点点的贡献。所以我要办商学院，我对中国品牌有承诺。 

第三：我对理想的承诺。我在美国上市公司当全球副总裁的时候，我就有个理想，将来成立中国张默闻品牌大学。为中国国家品牌，民族品牌，企业品牌等培养高精尖的人才。我曾经去年去北京想读一个著名的商学院，可是我的营业额达不到要求，我的条件也不能满足考官的要求，我想，那就自己办一个商学院吧。于是我去了美国，历经千辛万苦，拿到了营业执照，张默闻中美联合商学院集团就这样诞生了。我希望未来他可以成为中国张默闻品牌大学，我等着它，变为现实。 

今天是首课的美好时光，我愿意以母亲的名义，告诉大家： 

张默闻中美联合商学院集团，现在是一只蚂蚁，但是它有巨大的力量，它将爬满大象的全身，最后变成大象。我希望它可以成为企业家的品牌阵地和教室，我希望这里可以诞生令世界骄傲的而品牌，令中国崛起的品牌。我希望这里将来站着一排排一行行的全球教育大师和著名企业家，为中国品牌而战，而我愿意匍匐在地，让更多的中国品牌从我的心脏踩过，到达令世界尊敬的高度。 

我很感谢我的母亲，她说，孩子你只要心里装着别人，老天爷会帮你的。 

今天来的所有的贵宾和学员都是来帮助我们的，你们将是我们商学院的恩人，我的老天爷。这一课，永难忘。

Dear Minister Xuhua Chen, the Chairman Hong Mu, Chairman Zhiqiang Zhou, director Zhongxin Peng, President Bin Zhou, and dear students:

Good Moring! 

We are welcoming the spring of Rooster year after the year of monkey. There were three full aspects in Chinese business of the year of 2016： first of all, it’s the year of structure optimization; second, it was the year of comprehensive upgrade of the consumer market; third, it was the year of Entrepreneurial revival. The meaning of the coming year of 2017 to the ZMW China-US United Business Institutes is; we are going to continue the motto “Combine China and US wisdom, service China”, and we are going to make our business school into an international combat famous business school.

The international trend we are advocate are present in following the Chinese enterprises’ global trends, providing the intelligence support for Chinese companies which wants to expand the global business. As the start of the business school headquarters which is located in Los Angeles, with the start of school management headquarters in Hangzhou, with the start of school teaching base in Anji. We are going to cooperate with lots famous American business schools, we are exploring a sustainable, international, combat international developing module. We are really young, but we have our mission, our mission is to become the Chinese super brand. And the mission as the founder of the business school is to share, share my experience, my methods, in order to share how much I love Chinese brands and how much I love Chinese entrepreneurs.

Chinese enterprises explore the outside world mean the development of the entrepreneur’s management modes, which also means the develop of the Chinese education management. We are not the diploma education yet, instead we are business combat education, we are focus more on how to solve the enterprise’s actual problems, sometime we are looking the sky, but what we need more is the actual work, we are going to let every student who attend the business school achieve the goal: listen the lecture 2 hours, develop 3 years faster.     

Some people are curious that why Mowen Zhang wants to operate a business school? The very original three reasons are:

First: it was my promise to my mother. My mother asked me that what I want to be in the future? I told her I wanted to be a teacher, to cultivate more talents to serve the motherland. But fate did not give me the opportunity to be a teacher. My mother said: this idea is great, I wish I can see you to be a teacher when I still alive. Unfortunately, my mother died in 2008, I did not become a teacher, which was the regret for mother. That’s is reason why I do not allow other people call me chairman, I like them call me Teacher Zhang as a tribute to my mother. I know my own ability is too limited, I need a stage that can hold the world. That is the reason I decide to operate the ZMW China-US United Business Institutes, for my mother who is an illiterate mother.

 Second: The promise to the Chinese Brand. I did planning for so many years, and I served the world Top 500 companies, the Chinese Top 500 companies, I know Chinese need brand so bad and need the world-famous brand. So, I need to operate the business school, in order to achieve the promise I made to the Chinese brand.

Third: I want to achieve my commitment to the dream. I had a dream when I am the global vice president of the American listed company, which is establishment ZMW Brand Business School. The business school is to cultivate talents for the Chinese brand, national brand, enterprise brand. I went to a very famous business school in Beijing last year, but my turnover is not reach the requirement, my personal condition could not meet the requirements of the examiner either. Then I think over, how about me myself open a business school? I went to the United States after that, after a lot of hard work, I got the business license. This is how ZMW China-US United Business Institutes born. I wish this business school will become the ZMW Brand College, I am waiting for it to become a reality.      

Today is a great day of the first class, I want to use my mother’s name to tell everyone:

ZMW China-US United Business Institutes is as small as an ant right now, but it has a huge power, he will climb the elephant’s body, and become the elephant in the end. I hope it can become the brand position and brand classroom, I hope here can born the world proud brand, the brand makes China famous. I hope that there will be a line of global education masters and famous entrepreneurs in the future. Fighting for the Chinese brand and I am willing to crawl on the ground, so that more Chinese brands will know me, to reach the height of world’s respect. 

I am very grateful to my mother, she said, child as long as you have someone in your heart, God will help you.

All the guests and students here today is to help us, you will be our business school benefactor, my God. This lesson, we will never forget.
