晾霸陈总感叹商学院超大格局 极白吴董感恩张默闻一路相伴

201718日,张默闻中美联合商学院集团第一期课程在安吉成功举办。竹林森森白雾袅袅,济济一堂坐沐春风。这些学员有的已经合作许久,今日温故知新;有的却素未相识,今日慕名前来。此时的他们褪去头衔与名位,共享一个身份——张默闻中美联合商学院第一期学员。台上张老师激情澎湃、举一反三、滔滔不绝;台下众位托腮沉思,凝望讲台,眼眸清亮。孔明曾说:非学无以广才,非志无以成学。今天我们也有幸采访到几位张默闻中美联合商学院集团的第一期学员,让我们通过他们的所听、所感、所得,一起走进这些才志企业家的内心,一起了解以“高能力、高情商”著称的张默闻院长,一同走进这座以听课2小时,发展快3年”撼击人心的商学院。 

 

专访广东晾霸集团总裁陈凌云


记者:陈总您好,作为张默闻老师的新客户,您觉得张默闻老师身上的哪些特质吸引了您?又是什么样的因素促使您在合作短短两个月之内就带领核心团队来参加张默闻商学院的第一期课程?参加完张默闻商学院的第一期课程后,你有哪些想法想要跟我们分享?


陈凌云:首先我要感谢永达传媒的周总,是他向我们引进了张老师。我加了张老师的微信之后,大概过了十天,他就去了广州。一般来说,策划公司的人来了之后是先跟我聊天,但是我们张老师不是聊天,而是直接就帮我们做了方案,而且还把他的想法直接做成了PPT,我估计应该是花了不少时间。就是从这些小细节中,我觉察到他做事真得很踏实,后来就决定跟张老师合作,直接跟张老师签了3年。我被张老师真诚、踏实做事风格所打动,他所提出的想法正是我需要的,包括这一期的课程内容,我听了之后,感触也是很深。这是我发自内心的感受。我们公司规模不大,但是我愿意花钱去让张老师帮我们做策划,敢这么去做,因为我相信,有好的导师、有好的朋友帮助,企业会发展更快!我跟张老师说,你办商学院是对的,因为你做策划,一年也就只能服务七、八个客户,但是如果你上课,就可以帮到一百个、一千个,甚至更多企业的发展。在这里,我也是谢谢张老师,非常感谢! 

 

专访安吉茶产业集团董事长吴剑


记者:吴董您好,在张默闻商学院的第一期课程中,我们看到您与张老师进行了多次互动,可见二位感情的深厚。我们都知道,极白现在已经成为安吉白茶的领导品牌,从零起步,到短期内的迅速崛起,直至成为品类领导。回过头看,极白这一步步走来真的是很不容易,这个过程中您最想感激的人是谁?听说您跟张老师形成合作也是经过了一个相当曲折的过程,能跟我们分享下吗?

 

吴剑:极白品牌现在不大,但是我们是第1年,我们这个品牌是由张老师亲自操刀,从命名、整体形象设计、渠道规划到推广,全程都在指导着我们。20158月份我们公司刚成立,公司只有3个人。当时,我们去上海转了一圈,见了数十家策划公司,我们也基本确定了一家。后来我们决定从上海回到杭州,张老师给了我们15分钟,但到了杭州之后,我们聊的很开心,从企业的使命,到我们为什么要做安吉白茶,为什么要整合这个产业,不知不觉就谈了一上午。一个星期之后,张老师很快就带着自己的团队到我们公司来,他知道我们的困难在哪里,跟我们做了一个初步的思考。我们当时的状况是只有产品,没有营销团队,假如张老师给我们创意,我们怎么去落地,才是最担心的问题。我们一致认定,极白的策划非张老师莫属,必须由张老师来指引。2个月之后,极白这个品牌也就诞生了。20163月开始的,我们的营销正式起航。到现在,销售额已经突破了1个亿。从建公司、招人、建渠道、品牌推广,这些事情我们只花了9个月的时间。如果没有张老师他们这个团队给我们大力的支持,大家都觉得这是不可能的事情,但是我们做到了。这一年的经历,张老师还特地为我们写了一本书——《品牌先品类》,他给我们做出了非常大的支持,非常精准的指导。感谢张默闻策划集团,感谢张老师!

 

 

In January 8, 2017, the first course of ZMW China-US United Business Institutes held in Anji successfully. It was a beautiful day, the bamboo forest covered with white mist curl, all the students gathering together enjoying the early spring. Some of these students has been working for a long time, they are reviewing the knowledge today; others did not know us before and they come here because they heard our school. At this moment, we forgot their title and position, sharing one same identity- the first phase students of ZMW China-US United Business Institutes. Professor Zhang was talking in the platform with his passion, he gave a lot examples for the students; the students were all interested in the topics. Kongming once said: If you do not study hard, you will not be able to grow your intelligence, and if you do not determine you will not be able to complete your school. Today we have the opportunity to interview several first phase class students of ZMW China-US United Business Institutes, let’s get to know them from what they hear, learn and fell from the class, let’s get into these entrepreneurs’ heart, let’s work together to understand the Dean Zhang who is "high capacity, high EQ,". Let’s go to attend the business class which is known as "class 2 hours, rapid development of 3 years".

 

Interview with Lingyun Chen, President of L best


Reporter: Hello Manager Chen, as a new client of Teacher Zhang, do you think what characteristics in Teacher Zhang attracted you? And what’s the reason made you bring your core team to attend the first course of ZMW Business institute after the cooperation within a short span of two months? What ideas you want to share with us?


Lingyun Chen: First I want to thank the Yongda Media Manager Zhou, who introduced me to Teacher Zhang. After about ten days I added Teacher Zhang’s WeChat, he came to Guangzhou. In general, other planning companies, will talk with me, but Teacher Zhang did not talk the chat instead he showed the plan he made for us, he put his ideas directly into PPT, I guess it should spend him a lot time. From all those small details, I can tell his work is practical, then I decided to cooperate with Teacher Zhang, and we signed for 3 years. I was impressed by Teacher’s Zhang’s sincerity and down-to-earth working style, the idea he proposed is exactly what we needed. After I listened this first lecture, I was moved deeply. This is my feelings. Our company is not very big, but I am willing to spend money to let Teacher Zhang help us to do the planning, the reason we dare to let him do this is that he is a good teacher, with a good friend to help like him our enterprise will develop faster. I told Teacher Zhang that you do the business school id s right, because you do planning, you can only do seven, eight clients, but if you teach, you can help one hundred, one thousand, or even more the development of enterprises. Interview with Wu Jian, chairman of Anji tea industry group

 

Reporter: Hello Chairman Wu, we saw you and Teacher Zhang had a lot interactions in the first course of ZMW China-US United Business Institutes, I can tell you guys have very deep connections. As we all know, Jibai has now become the leading brand of white tea in Anji, this brand start from scratch, rapid rise in the short term, until it becomes a category leader. Looking back, the first step of the Jibai was not very easy, who is the one you want to appreciate the most? I heard the cooperation with Teacher Zhang is very complicated, can you share with us?

 

Jian Wu: the brand of Jibai is not very big today, but this is our first year, our brand was build, name, overall image design, channel planning to promotion all by Teacher Zhang, he was here the whole develop. In August 2015, our company was founded, the whole company has 3 people. At that time, we went to Shanghai, we see dozens of planning companies, we also determine the basic one. Then we decided to return Hangzhou from Shanghai, Teacher Zhang only gave us fifteen minutes, but when we arrived Hangzhou, we talked very happy, from the mission of the company to why we want to why we want to do the Anji white tea, why we want to integrate the industry, we talked about it all morning without notice. A week later, Teacher Zhang brought his working team to our company, he knew where our difficulties were, we did a preliminary thinking. At that moment, we did not have our marketing team we only have our products. The issues most worried us are if he gave us ideas how we are going to make it happen. We all agree that Teacher Zhang is the one we were looking for and must let him to guide us. Two months later, the brand Jibai was born. In March 2016, our marketing was officially set sail, and sales have exceeded 1 hundred million. We only spent nine month from the construction company, recruit people, build the channel, brand promotion. If there was no support from Teacher Zhang, we would think the success is impossible, but we did it. The same year, Teacher Zhang wrote one book which called Category before Brand, he did give us great support and very accurate direction.
