施可丰李总大赞张默闻高双商 樱雪陈总力证商学院实战成效

201718日,张默闻中美联合商学院集团第一期课程在安吉成功举办。竹林森森白雾袅袅,济济一堂坐沐春风。这些学员有的已经合作许久,今日温故知新;有的却素未相识,今日慕名前来。此时的他们褪去头衔与名位,共享一个身份——张默闻中美联合商学院第一期学员。台上张老师激情澎湃、举一反三、滔滔不绝;台下众位托腮沉思,凝望讲台,眼眸清亮。孔明曾说:非学无以广才,非志无以成学。今天我们也有幸采访到几位张默闻中美联合商学院集团的第一期学员,让我们通过他们的所听、所感、所得,一起走进这些才志企业家的内心,一起了解以“高能力、高情商”著称的张默闻院长,一同走进这座以听课2小时,发展快3年”撼击人心的商学院。 

 

专访施可丰化工股份有限公司副总裁李洪祥


记者:李总您好,想问下您施可丰当初为什么选定张默闻老师进行合作?中间都有哪些故事?


李洪祥:前些天出差的时候,我接到了老板的一个电话。老板在电话里让我抓紧到默闻老师那里听课,我当时就特别激动。今天在听课的时候,我的手心一直在出汗,为什么呢?当初遇到张老师的时候,我们企业正处于第二次发展困境中。肥料企业有个特征,就是技术非常高端,但是生产非常低下,准入门槛特别低,而且它的消费群体就是我们这群可爱的农民,他们不会辨真假。从国产肥料成型到目前这十几年的光景,2000年才有了国家的第一个标准,施可丰也有参与制定。但日趋激烈的化肥市场,让施可丰从全国前三,一直跌出前十,一些比我们做的小的企业都上市了,老板很困惑,我们该怎么做?当时我们也给老板建议,该模仿就模仿。他偏不模仿,说我们面对的消费群体就是一群可爱的农民,就要做朴实的化肥,做真化肥。我们当时从北京到上海的策划大师可以说几乎都找了,我全程参与了,最后老板都不想找了,想要改行了。 

 

在北京会议认识默闻老师之前,我们也去看了另外一个大师,也有所触动。后来,我们就决定直接坐高铁去杭州找默闻老师,当时默闻老师只给了我们2个小时的时间。默闻老师其貌不扬,当时还拒绝了我们,他1年只服务6家企业,实在排不过来。张老师是个孝子,我们董事长也是,董事长在张老师的母亲的画像前,咚咚咚磕了三个头,我们就走了。董事长说,目前化肥也是在整合期,不行就先弄房地产。我们还在高铁上的时候默闻老师就打电话过来了,说我们的真诚打动了他。说实在的,张老师的身上的特质:孝道,忠诚和爱心跟我们老板是有缘分的,所以就这么走在了一起。 

 

在这里,我想说几个数字,在2013年,我们开始合作,这一年的数据是62.5万吨左右;2014年,我们就达到了80万吨;2015年,达到了105万吨;2016年,在肥料竞争这么激烈的情况下,在成本居高不下的情况下,在国家政策几乎取消了的情况下,我们逆势增长,让同行业大为震惊,我们真的做成了。 

 

关于今天的商学院,上午我们的董事长推掉了几个会,专程赶过来,说张老师商学院开业了,这是一项伟大的使命,用他的言商、情商来为我们策划界创造一种新生,让我们企业家更加具有使命感和责任感。再就是给我们传递了一种精神,无论到任何时候,特别是到变革的时候,都要坚信你自己,就成了!感谢张老师提供的平台!  

 

专访中山市樱雪集团营销总经理陈嫊縈女士


记者:陈总您好!听说樱雪集团刚刚又和张默闻策划集团签署了战略合作协议,今年已是第三年合作了,能和我们分享一下和张默闻老师合作的故事吗?

 

陈嫊縈:我们从2009年开始就和品牌策划公司合作,第一家合作公司是广州的一家著名的公司,合作了三年以后,我们觉得没有办法继续合作了,之后换了很多国际4A公司,我们还和品牌总监用了一天的时间跑到了上海非常著名的策划公司。通过一个朋友的介绍,我们认识了有“北有叶茂中 南有张默闻”之称的张默闻老师。当时我也出差在杭州,但是我说我不去,因为已经没有信心来找策划公司了,有一种绝望的心态,因为见了很多策划公司都帮不到我们。后面张老师和赵老师就来了,跟我们董事长和几个高管一坐一聊,双方的对话很精简,我们董事长想要什么,张老师能给什么说得很清楚。他们一走,我们就开了一个会,我们跟董事长说张老师就是我们樱雪想要找的战略合作伙伴,就是我们的品牌顾问,这个故事很真实。

 

和张老师合作以后,他提出了所有的战略方向、品牌发展,还有营销战略,我们董事长和高管都很认可,都用了张老师的这套思路。我们董事长在2013年左右提出说我们要做行业创新的东西,帮代理商卸库,不压货。张老师来了之后,我们董事长更加坚定了自己的理念,我当时也赞同。可是我们的代理商不提货,那我就很痛苦了,怎么办?我当时不到半年体重暴跌了15斤。当这种痛苦煎熬过来后,市场有增长,说明这条路是对的,也是因为张老师的创意以及整个品牌策略在消费者心目中慢慢提升。2016年樱雪推出了新的产品,张老师帮我们做了很精准的创意。我们3000块钱的套餐飙升到了7990的成交价,网上的成交价格更是高达9000多,但依然受到消费者欢迎。最重要的一点,用过竞争对手高端产品的消费者再用我们樱雪,买完不后悔,体验感非常好,这非常难,在以前更是不可想象。

 

今天,张老师的商学院开课了。说实话,我觉得未来的张默闻中美联合商学院一定能像张老师他自己说的那样,能够成为品牌的大学,他的梦想一定会成真。为什么这样说?因为我们合作第三年了,我们依然有这样强烈的感受:他是个医生,把企业的脉把得很准,很清晰地告诉你,你要吃什么药方,你才会治好。不管是战略上还是策略上,大家有目共睹的。最后我祝愿张老师的商学院能够帮助更多的企业家,帮助更多的企业人才、营销人才,帮助企业家们实现“百年企业”的梦想。

 

In January 8, 2017, the first course of ZMW China-US United Business Institutes held in Anji successfully. At this moment, we forgot their title and position, sharing one same identity- the first phase students of ZMW China-US United Business Institutes. Professor Zhang was talking in the platform with his passion, he gave a lot examples for the students; the students were all interested in the topics. Kongming once said: If you do not study hard, you will not be able to grow your intelligence, and if you do not determine you will not be able to complete your school. Today we have the opportunity to interview several first phase class students of ZMW China-US United Business Institutes, let’s get to know them from what they hear, learn and fell from the class, let’s get into these entrepreneurs’ heart, let’s work together to understand the Dean Zhang who is "high capacity, high EQ,". Interview Vice President of Shikefeng chemical Limited by Share Ltd Hongxiang Li


Reporter: Hello Manager Li, I want to know why you decided to have cooperate with Teacher Zhang? Are there any stories you want to share?


Hongxiang Li: I got a phone call from a boss when I was on a business travel couple days ago, This boss told me to go to attend Teacher’s Zhang’s lecture, I was very excited at that moment. In today's lecture, my palms have been sweating, why? The first time when I met Teacher Zhang my company was in the second development predicament. Fertilizer enterprises have a characteristic which is the technology is very high, but the production is very low, especially low barriers to entry, and the consumer groups is our lovely farmers, they do not know how to distinguish between true and false. The year of 2000 the domestic fertilizer had its first national standard after decade, our company was involved to set the standard. But at the fertilizer market which is increasing rapidly, Shikefeng has dropped to top ten from the top three, some other companies were smaller than us was listed, the boss is very confused, how do we do this? At that time, we also gave our boss advices, we should imitation other people. He won't imitate, he said that our consumers group are those lovely farmers, we should do the real and simple chemical fertilizer. We looked all the planning masters from Beijing to Shanghai, I participated the whole visit, my boss did not want to search anymore at the end, he almost wanted to give up change to other business field.  

 

We visited another planning master before we met Teacher Zhang at the Beijing meeting, we have also been touched. Later, we decide to take the high-speed train to Hangzhou looking for Teacher Zhang, he only gave us two hours at that time. Teacher Zhang don’t have outstanding appearance, he refused us at the beginning, he said he only service 6 companies a year, did not have time to service our company. Teacher Zhang is a dutiful son same as our chairman, our chairman went down on his knees and kowtowed in front of Teacher Zhang mother’s portrait. We left after he kowtowed three times. Our chairman said, current the fertilizer industry was in the integration period, if we could not find a solution we could do the real estate first. We were still on the high-speed train when the Teacher Zhang called he said we sincerely touched him. To be honest, the personality in Teacher Zhang are filial piety, loyalty, our boss has the fate with him, so that how we went together.

 

Here I would like to say a few figures, in the year 2013, we began to cooperate, this year's data is about 625 thousand tons, in 2014, we reached 800 thousand tons in sale.  In 2015, the sales reached 1 million 50 thousand tons; in 2016 fertilizer market is in an intense competition, we did it, and our growth profits made the same industry very surprised when the national policy almost canceled.

 

About today’s business school our chairman turned sown several meeting this morning, and came over said Teacher Zhang’s business school is open today, it is a great mission, Teacher Zhang is using his knowledge and EQ to create a new born for the planning community, which let us entrepreneurs have more sense of responsibility and sense of mission. Then sent us a kind of spirit, no matter at any time, especially when it comes to change, just believe yourself, thank you Teacher Zhang to provide us the great platform.

 

Interview with the Zhongshan city INSE marketing general manager Suying Chen

 

Suying Cheng: We start the brand planning company since 2009, the first company we used is a famous company in Guangzhou, after working with them for three years, we felt there is no way to continue cooperation. We changed a lot 4A companies after that, our brand director spent one day in Shanghai to looking for famous planning companies. Through a friend, we met Teacher Zhang who is famous for “North Maozhong Ye, South Mowen Zhang.” I was also in Hangzhou on a business trip, but I said I did not want to go, because there was no confidence to find a planning company, we lost hope on other planning company because we thought they could not help us. Then Teacher Zhang and Teacher Zhao came, they talked to our chairman and several department managers, their conversation were simple, Teacher Zhang could express very clearly what our chairman wanted. We had a meeting after they left, our chairman said Teacher Zhang is exactly the one we were looking for and he will be the brand consultant of INSE, this is a true story.

 

Our chairman and executives are all very agree with Teacher Zhang’s future cooperation, brand development and marketing strategy after cooperate with Teacher Zhang. Our chairman proposed in 2013 said that we need to do something for the industry innovation, helping the agents unloading the warehouse instead of overstock. Our chairman was more confident about his opinion after Teacher joined us, I was agreed about our chairman’s opinion too. But our agents did not willing to pick up the goods, which made me really misery, what could I do? My weight dropped 15 pounds in less than half a year. After suffered from all those pain, the market had growth, which proved that Teacher Zhang made the right decision. And Teacher Zhang’s creative and the whole brand strategy gradually improved in the consumer’s mind. We launched new products by 2016, Teacher Zhang helped us with the very precise idea. Our 3000-yuan packet raised to 7990 on the transaction price, the transaction price of the Internet is as high as more than 9000 yuan, but we were still welcomed by the consumers. The most important part is that the consumers brought our INSE product after who used other competition’s high-end products, those one brought our product will not feel regret, they feel good. Those customer satisfactions are very hard to achieve, which is unbelieve in the past.      

 

Teacher Zhang started his first lecture today. To be honest I think ZMW China-US United Business Institutes will become the school like Teacher Zhang mentioned, the business school can become brand college, his dream will become true. Why I would say that? Because we had cooperated for three years, we still have those strong feeling: he is a good doctor, who can portal the enterprise very well, he would very clearly tell you what medicine do you need to take to cure.  Whether the strategy or strategy we could all see that Teacher Zhang’s business school can help a lot entrepreneurs, can help more enterprise personnel, marketing personnel, to help entrepreneurs realize the dream of the “hundred enterprise".
