早上来参加商学院这个开课啦的活动，让我感觉非常震撼。实战课程应该说更有借鉴意义，让大家能够一目了然。听了张老师的课我觉得对我们的工作，对我们政府的工作，尤其是对我们宣传部的工作很有启发。我觉得他的一些观点、观念我们完全可以运用到工作当中去，能够更好地提升我们的工作能力。

我想企业发展的一个核心动力归根结底产生于文化和品牌的力量，

所以我最大的感受第一个就是布魂，企业应该要有灵魂之举，企业文化和企业品牌应该站在顶层设计上来考虑；

第二个就是布局，想要全面安排和协调这个文化和品牌，促进企业发展过程中伟大的作用；

第三个就是布法，在这个企业发展核心问题当中，怎么找出有效的方法，来推动企业文化的建设和企业文化的形成；

第四个就是布标，在定性和定量之间，怎么把企业的战略和总目标通过文化的协调来推动可持续发展的核心，所以我真正的体会就体会在这四个步上。

我认为这个实战的教学风格和办院宗旨应该是这个学院的魅力所在，也是他发展壮大的元神之举，为什么这么讲呢？在世界、在全球、在国内，可以看到多种多样的学院派和理论派的商学院，但是回归自然更要看出他的实战理论，促进对企业有感触有反响的教学风格，我想这种风格都是大家都能接受的，也是大家非常期待的。

从目前我们国家的战略布局来看，从我们的经济转型来看，新常态的形式上来看，从供给侧的改革等等来看，就要尊重科学，尊重事实，你看今年习主席的新年祝辞讲得更实际，就是天上没有掉馅饼，撸起袖子加油干。我想这就是实干派的一种最终体现。我觉得这个学院的魅力智慧就是它采取了实战的理论的教学方法，张默闻中美商学院，我想应该立足于中国，借力于美国，顺手打造成全球化的实战派的商学院，谢谢。

I have not heard a lecture like this so systematic for a long time, I felt inspired a lot by Teacher Zhang’s lecture, especially the home appliance industry. How to rise the regional brand into a national brand we know we know the solution, but not as systematic as Teacher Zhang, and he combined the new marketing environment and marketing trend, the class Teacher Zhang gave us is really useful, and we can apply this to our daily life. I think Teacher Zhang’s class should cover everywhere, the home appliance industry should be the most competition one among the other fields, and need to adopt a marking idea to make the brand successfully. It is not lack of productivity, the manufacturing capacity is also very perfect, the brand awareness to all over the country and even the world, really need more people in this industry to listen to this course, let them can understand the core content, let other companies use these methods to make their own brand to the country and into the world.

I was really honored as a sole representative of the media. I knew Teacher Zhang before, although I am not in the business field, but as the media, advertising person, I also think I am serving for the enterprise, I am feeling very enlightening and helpful. I hope I can use the stuffs I learnt to serve the clients and enterprises in the advertising business work. To help more enterprises make a better contribution in the sales marketing.

I think the core power of the development of the enterprise is the final analysis of the power of culture and brand,

So, my biggest feeling is that the companies need have their souls, the companies’ corporate culture and corporate brand should be considered on the top floor design.

Second is the layout, want to arrange and coordinate the culture and brand, to promote the great role of enterprises development. 

The third is the way, find an effective way to promote the construction of corporate culture and corporate culture formation in the core issues of company development. So, I really appreciate that I could understand those four parts.

I think the attractive of the school are the actual teaching style and teaching purpose, and the action of the development and expansion of the company, why I say that? We can find a lot business schools which talked about theoretical, but we should pay more attention on its combat theory, in order to form the teaching style which has more thought on the enterprises, I think this style is what everyone can accept and everyone is looking forward too.

From the aspect of current strategic layout and the view of the economic transformation, form the reform of the supply side, we need to respect science, respect fact, President Xi's New Year message was more practical this year, which means money do not grow on tree, we need to work hard. I think this is the doer.
