晾霸集团是中国高端智能晾衣机的代表品牌，2016年销售额达2亿元。2017年，晾霸携手张默闻策划集团更是坚定了其发展信心，力争全年销售额翻一翻。

今天上午听了张老师的课，感觉课程很干，干货，就听了之后有点不想走，特别是你想去上洗手间都不想去上，因为每一点我都是在认真地听，以前觉得有点意识，但听完张老师讲的之后，就更加坚定信心应该这么去做，就这一点，谢谢。

因为我们已经跟张老师合作了，我们跟他签了3年，我已经感受到了不管是提案，还是平时在生活中的交流，都能学到很多东西，所以我相信他在品牌运营这一块，应该对我们的晾霸公司，包括我们的另外一个创明公司会有很大的帮助，毕竟他的高度是够的。我相信在他的带领下，我们应该在国内甚至国际上，会在这个品牌小品类里面会有很大的提升，谢谢！

听课的感受，四个字，记忆深刻。我觉得张老师的课，讲了我们平常有想到的，也讲了我们平常完全没有想到的。它是一个系统，非常有意思，非常好玩，然后也非常的实战，所以我说记忆深刻。比方说他第一个是从营销层面，他会给我们很多的启发。他今天的内容讲了蛮多关于组织，我认为有很多的企业过于关注了一些营销的板块，忽略了组织，但其实组织是营销往外散发的一个力量。所以我认为这一点的话，特别棒。

广东创明遮阳科技有限公司成立于1997年，目前已建立起室内窗饰遮阳，建筑外遮阳，手动、电动窗帘导轨系统三大产品体系，年销售额近2亿元。

非常感谢张默闻老师提供这样的场所和学习机会。我觉得这个课确实比较适合我们这种中小型企业，以前也听了蛮多课的，他们会讲一些国外怎么做的，世界上怎么做。其实中国中小型企业还是蛮盲从的，我觉得张默闻老师讲的就比较务实一点，比较适合中国中小企业的文化，也适合中国国情，尤其是讲得一些话都比较经典，民营企业要怎么做，执行力方面要怎么做，怎么去定位，怎么去创新。这堂课对我来说，我觉得还是很少听到这样务实的课。

其实在听的时候也在对照自己的企业，尤其在内务管理，品牌定位。作为一个企业的最高负责人，如何去对员工的奖励，产品如何做到极致，我觉得这方面可能会对照自己的企业做一些调整，有空跟张默闻老师讨教吧。收获还是比较大的，谢谢。

首先是这样，我觉得张老师他不同于一般的导师。他不是从院校过来的，也不是学院派的，他确确实实服务过中国的500强和中国这些比较顶尖的公司。那么他的这个创意、思维、战略，都是非常落地实效的。通过久诺与默闻老师团队的合作，我深有感触，他对于我们久诺的帮助应该是有质变的。在整个品牌层面上，应该说我们原来只做小的品类，比如说真石漆，通过张老师的梳理和整个品牌的塑造，我们接下来将打造外墙装饰、外墙产品双品牌的战略。应该讲，从整个的VI，整个的Logo设计，整个企业文化的梳理，整个形象包括形象代言人久诺超人的打造，从整个市场、我们团队和客户的反馈来说，应该说都比较认同。

There is four words to describe the feeling of listen to the class: very deep memorable class. I think the knowledge that Teacher Zhang gave us some are the common senses, some are beyond our imagination. His class is a very interesting and fun system, and very practical, so I say it is memorable. For example, he will give me a lot inspiration in the level of marketing. He taught us a lot about the content of business organizations, I think there are a lot of companies paying more attention on the marking plates instead ignored the organization, but the organization is the outside power of organization. So, I think it is great.

Guangdong Chong Ming Sun Technology Co., Ltd. was founded in 1997, has established the indoor window shading, shading architecture, manual, three product system electric curtain rail system, with annual sales of nearly 200 million yuan.

Thank you Mowen teacher provide such places and learning opportunities. I think this class is more suitable for our small and medium enterprises, before listening to quite a few lessons, they will tell us how the foreign country does, how the world do it. In fact, the small medium Chinese enterprises are still blind about what they doing, I think Teacher Zhang’s class is more pragmatic, more suitable for small and medium size enterprises, and also it more suitable for the Chinese culture, especially the words they use are more classical, what the private enterprises should do, in term of the execution should do and how locate, innovate.

In fact, when I listening to this theory I also compare with my own company, especially in the internal management, brand positioning. How to reward the employees, how to achieve the ultimate product, I think I might use this knowledge to do some adjustments on my own business. It is good to talk to Teacher Zhang when you have time, because you can gain a lot. Thank you!

Jiunuo Group is the only national professional focus on building surface decoration system, R & D, production, sales, design, construction as one of the leading enterprises in the industry. In 2016 Jiunuo achieved total sales of nearly 700 million yuan.

First of all, I think Teacher Zhang is different than the other teachers. He is not form university, he had served Chinese top 500 company. So, his creative thinking, his strategy is very effective. I totally moved through his help to Jiunuo, which was a qualitative change. In the aspect of brand, we should say that we only do small category brand, for example, the real stone paint, shaped by Teacher Zhang’s organize and brand build.  What we do after Teacher Zhang is to organize the brand. After that we will do the external wall decoration and external wall products. I will say that form the entire VI, the whole Logo design, the whole enterprise culture. I am agreed the combing of the whole image including the decorate of image speaker, from the whole market and our team.
