永达高管盛赞张默闻讲课如神 高精尖思想武器直击永达痛点

第一是用心和认真。这里面的沉淀很重要,张老师所有的东西都是昨天晚上完成的。他用心琢磨了永达十年,刚才对很多问题的看法,包括给我们指出了一些价值主张,应该说与我们很多同志昨天在新永达起航再出发时所提的很多东西相吻合,包括提出了分享、共赢、共创。 

第二是故事营销。张老师整个讲课过程中,大家以为他最精彩的部分是在最后面,其实最精彩的是在最前面,他运用故事营销的方式,讲故事之后把人聚焦。

第三是传播阵地。我们如何找一个传播阵地,传播的渠道。

第四是服务,坚持服务。为什么今天张老师说了这个,他有深刻的感受,前期他帮了我们很多,在很多客户的投诉中,他跟客户的交流中,也得出永达的东西是好的,永达的服务如何。

第五点是价值营销,价值创造。永达这几年的增长,是靠资源的扩张进行的粗放型地增长,永达一定要从今天的资源售卖、资源的货币化,把它真正地转到内涵式的增长上,主要是价值引领。

最后,在进行大客户战略的同时,中小型客户也是我们的未来。所以今年面对客户叫服务中心,不是运营中心。把这些客户管理服务好,更重要的是下面的中小型客户的培育,因为大客户也是从中小型客户首次合作开始的,完成从量到质的变化。

张老师这个广告语叫“听课2小时 发展快3年”,今天我听了这个课,给我可以用5年。

我觉得张老师不愧是永达的老朋友、真朋友。这里面有两个意思,一个是老朋友,刚刚张老师授课非常贴近永达目前的一些情况,我觉得之所以能讲得这么透彻,大家的掌声也此起彼伏,是因为张老师每一点每一条都讲得很在理,也对我们实际工作具有很强的指导意义。刚刚周董用“用心”两个字来诠释张老师今天的课程,我觉得是因为张老师这么多年来一直关心永达、辅助永达,通过每一年的积累和对我们的了解才能呈现这么好的一个讲课内容,我觉得这是第一点。

第二点,我提到的关于真朋友,大家知道刚刚在授课中讲得可都是干货,我想大家也参加很多的论坛以及课程,但是很少能听到这种真真实实、马上就可以用的内容,我觉得这是难能可贵的,也是一个真朋友才愿意真分享的,而不仅仅是讲几个大道理,浮在空中,这是我对张老师讲课的两点理解。

那么接下来怎么做呢?我觉得张老师提的每一点我们只要做好20%,对我们接下来的工作都是非常有成效的,张老师为我们开启了这个门,接下来的路我们要走好、走踏实、走稳和系统化,最后代表营销团队感谢张老师上午的授课和干货的分享。

这六七年的时间,张老师不断了解永达的客户,了解企业家,也比我们在座所有的人都了解永达。刚刚的分享,让我们知道不管是找到企业家的痛点还是机会点,其实也是找到了我们永达现在的痛点,以及我们未来发展的一个机会点。

同时,张老师点出了我们很多营销过程当中的困惑,也给了我们很多闪光点的解决方案。所以在接下来的实战应用当中,我希望作为管理层、作为精英销售可以把很多的东西再放大,然后找出他后面应该对应有的画面感的东西。

今天听了张老师一上午的演讲,感触非常深。昨天晚上我四点钟睡得觉,七点就起来了,本想着中间可以偷懒睡一觉,但是张老师一上来就讲了小故事,把我们所有人的魂都给勾住了,张老师这个开篇用故事营销的方式着实给我们上了一堂非常生动的课,这个也是我们在未来到客户那里进行传播的时候可以运用的一个点。所以在这里先感谢张老师给我们讲了生动的一课。

第二个感受是学习,张老师今天谈的最重要的一个点就是“痛”,我们如何把客户的痛点、永达的痛点转化成我们自己的优势,把劣势变成优势,然后成就我们自己。新的永达新的开始,闽赣大区一起努力。

真的非常荣幸能这样听张老师的课,我真的听得非常入神,让我十分佩服张老师。我觉得他真的是有情、有义、有才,每句话都是一语中的,说到点子上,所以我们大家才听得这么认真,有拍照片的,有记笔记的,会后我们一定会好好的进行分享和感悟。

跟张老师近距离的接触,今天应该算是第三次了。第一次在客户答谢会的空歇期间,我有一个客户在听了所有专家沟通之后,非要让我把张老师拉到他的屋里,他说所有专家讲完之后,张老师给他的印象是最深刻的,而且每次他的手机都会拍到内存不够,所以要求要和张老师进一步的沟通。

Very honored to listen to Teacher Zhang’s class, I really get into the class and I am very much admiring Teacher Zhang. I think he is affectionate, righteous and talented, every word he said is in the phrase, so we all are listening so serious, some people are taking pictures, some are taking notes, after the meeting we will share our thoughts and feelings.

I think the points Teacher Zhang mentioned are not the very theoretical point of view, which are very useful.
