大家好,我是无锡歌迪服饰有限公司的,我姓姜。我认识张老师10来年了,今天算来10年没见了。虽然10年没见张老师,但是张老师一直影响着我,因为10年之前想跟张老师合作,那时候我们在无锡,他也在无锡,后来搬到杭州,我也来过一次。这10来年,张老师一直火者,我一直活着,我们最大的差别就在这。我是做内衣的,高端内衣,都是在百货店里面做的,当时想合作,那时候大家可能对内衣不太了解,像什么南极人,北极绒都是品牌,后来又出了毛睿,素雅,安德,但是现在,这些品牌都没有了,当时做的也都很强势。我们在这10来年里一直默默做着我们自己的品牌,今天我们陈总还在说,10年之前问你,你做两三个亿,今天问你,你还是做两三个亿,为什么没有发展?因为我们企业是做出口的,老板重点做出口,我们重点做品牌,我们的核心目标是给老板做一个面子工程,所以品牌很高端。像张老师说的北有叶茂中,南有张默闻。其实我们高端内衣从品牌角度,北面说爱慕大家都知道,那么另外几个品牌也都明白;但是在南方的领域,我们和华南区的一些品牌做到了第一。

 

今天听了一下张老师的课,感受很深,在任何一个品类品牌或者在任何一个公司里,要想做到品类第一,要想做到名列前茅,单凭自己的能力和实力,不是有钱就能够做到的,可能更多的是需要第三方去推动发展。如果我们的企业或者说各位的企业要想在未来的经济环境下,在自己的品类中能够名列前茅,或者做第一做得更好更强,真的需要和我们业界精英去探讨去合作。和他们的合作能够让我们的企业品牌事业放大到十几倍,甚至是几十倍。这是真的,这是可以做到的,谢谢。

But now, these brands are not exit which were famous then. In this ten years. We have been quietly doing our brand, our manger Chen still saying, ten years ago asked you, you did two or three billion, today our manger Chen still said we still did two or three billion, why we did not improve? Because our business is to do export, the boss focuses on exports, we focus on brand, our core goal is to boss to do a face project, so the brand is very high-end. As Zhang said, "there is Ye Maozhong in the north and Zhang Mowen in the south." In fact, our high-end underclothes from the brand point of view, the North people said everyone knows Aimu, then several other brands are also clear; but in the south of the field, we and some of the Southern China district brand to achieve the first.

 

Today, after listening to the teacher's lesson, my feeling is very deep, in any one category or brand in any one company, to achieve the first category, to be among the best, his ability and strength, not the money to do it, is more likely to need to promote the development of the third party. If our business or your enterprise wants to be in the future economic environment, can be among the best in their category, or do first do better and stronger, and we need to explore the industry elite to cooperate.
