华润三九原京赞张默闻接地气 实效策略助品牌突破区域限制

今天还是有很多收获,尤其感觉张老师的策略都是比较接地气的,我感觉是比较实效的。比较有感触的就是在区域突破方面,我们现在和山东台、齐鲁台合作。我们这几年的转变,起码和张老师说的其中一点是相同的——就是越来越接地气。原来只是简单地打硬广,但是现在呢,我们会选择一些省台的、龙头的地域频道。为什么要强调龙头呢?它必须在当地是足够强的,因为当地第二名和第三名的差距可能是比较大的,所以这种媒体在当地有一个天然的属性。那我们想既然是要在区域做媒体,你可能是要尽量地去接区域的地气,所以我们的硬广也从单纯的硬广走向当地各种各样最好的节目深度合作。

 

现在这两年,不仅仅是线上合作,包括线下的一些活动也配合开展。这样不仅仅对品牌的一个长期建设有帮助,同时也对我们产品线下的短期销售,也能够起到一个很好的促进作用。所以今天听了课我觉得收获颇丰,咱们回去后还是要继续好好消化一下。
