广告人陈晓庆听课后反思传媒行业 了解战略了解市场就听张默闻这厮

我先转达两个人的话,因为他们赶火车。一个是青岛啤酒的崔总,认识很多年,刚才她走的时候,她说一定要转达张老师一句话,就是她坚定地、勇敢地继续去做“白啤”品类。第二个是我们蒙牛集团原来是副总裁赵远花,花总临走的时候也跟我说,今天张老师讲的课和她之间是特别有共鸣的,她现在有个新的产品,希望能够借助张老师的策略重新出发,启动她的二次创业。这是转达两个重要客户对这次课的感受。 

 

我突然反思一个问题,就是大家都觉得难,尤其是传媒特别难,广告公司更难,代理公司真的都活不下去了,为什么活不下去,代理费特别难,企业预算又抓不到,怨天尤人,为什么活不下去?本来媒体应该是我们服务企业品牌的传播专家、策略专家、创意专家、设计专家,但是水平都不如企业的品牌总监高,你如何服务得了我们的企业品牌?这是第一点。第二点,不了解企业的战略,不了解企业的产品,不了解企业的市场,你的传播根本就没有价值,他不会找你。 

 

说到这个时候,其实我想引用一句话,我突然间发现了,张老师针对的课程,一定是针对企业老板的。刚才津酒的副总裁已经找我了,他说希望张老师能够和他们的董事长去深谈一回,然后帮津酒去诊断一下,就是张老师的课,或者张老师对接的一定是企业的老板,因为只有老板才听得懂顶层设计和战略设计是怎么样的。但是针对传媒和广告公司,我觉得可能我们比较有价值了,因为《广告人》杂志就是干这个的,《广告人》杂志希望所有的广告公司将来能够有很好的商业模式、能够提高管理能力。所以《广告人》杂志未来开课的时候,好好请一些专家老师,能够让我们电视台等媒体和广告公司的水平能够提升一下,这样才能站在高处服务企业品牌。

The media is the communication strategy experts, strategic experts, creative experts and design experts, which should service the enterprises brand, but the level is not high as the corporate brand director, how you service our enterprise brand? This is the first point. Second, do not understand the strategy of the enterprise, do not understand the product of the enterprise, do not understand the market of the enterprise, your communication has no value at all, he won't seek you.

 

When it comes to this, in fact, I would like to quote a sentence, I suddenly found that Mr. Zhang for the course, must be directed at business owners.
